Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for everyone, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and you may need to reschedule your appointment.
**For new clients, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment. This helps me manage my schedule and ensure commitment.
***No-shows and last-minute cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the missed appointment total. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated!
****Sick Policy
For the health and safety of all clients and staff, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, sore throat, stomach issues, etc.).
If you arrive sick, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This ensures my time is respected and allows me to maintain a safe, relaxing environment for everyone.
